The pen, the box and the dial: a closer look before you buy
Use the three product views to understand the exact format, packaging and selector details of your Bali order.
Three photographs, three useful checks
Theoz product pages show the pen, its matching packaging and a closer view of the selector. These views answer different questions. The full-pen image shows the product name and overall format; the box identifies the packaging; the detail image lets you inspect the device more closely.
Read the label in the photograph together with the selected variant on the page. For example, the current Tesamorelin listing is 32 mg, matching the supplied product photography and catalogue. A photograph for one variant should not be used to assume the content of another.
Understand what the listed amount means
The amount beside the product name is the labelled total content of that pen. A selector shown in a photograph illustrates the device; it is not a recommendation for how an individual should use it. Product handling belongs with the information supplied for the exact pack.
Where a product has more than one variant, select the one you want before adding it to your bag. The name and price in the bag should match the selected format. This is especially useful for the separate Tirzepatide 30 mg and 60 mg listings.
Check the pack and its documents
The pen listings describe one prefilled pen, eight pen needles and a product guide. A 30-piece needle box is also available separately. Check the product page rather than assuming that every accessory visible in an editorial scene is included.
The document section provides the supplied manufacturer Certificate of Analysis where available. Match the product name and batch identifier to the pack you are considering. A manufacturer's document is different from a claim that the retailer independently tested every pen; ask the team for the document relevant to the supplied batch.
Finish with the Bali order details
Once the format is clear, compare the full IDR price and any delivery charge. Delivery is IDR 100,000 below three physical pens and free from three pens, including combinations of individual pens and bundles. Review the exact selection in checkout and keep the saved order number for your conversation with the team.
