Three pens, free Bali delivery: how bundles count
A bundle plus one pen, three individual pens or two bundles: the delivery rule follows the number of physical pens.
The rule follows pens, not bag lines
Free delivery starts at three physical pens in one Theoz order. A bundle can appear as one line in the bag while containing two separate pens. That is why the number of lines and the number of pens do not always match.
Three individual pens qualify. One two-pen bundle plus one individual pen also qualifies. Two two-pen bundles contain four pens and qualify as well. A single two-pen bundle remains below the threshold unless another pen is added.
Accessories stay separate
The separate 30-piece needle box is an accessory. It does not add to the pen count, even though it is another item in the bag. Adding a box to a two-pen bundle therefore does not, by itself, unlock free delivery.
Orders with fewer than three pens have a delivery charge of IDR 100,000. The bag shows the items subtotal, delivery and combined total separately. Changing a quantity or removing a pen updates that calculation, so check it again before continuing.
Bundles and their savings
A bundle's saving compares its listed price with the two component pens bought separately. Delivery is a separate calculation. A set can therefore have a product saving and still carry a delivery charge if the overall order contains only two pens.
Open a bundle page to inspect the exact pair and variants. Each component links to its own product page, making it possible to review the individual format before you choose the set. You can then mix the bundle with another pen in the same bag.
Make the delivery details useful
At checkout, use a contact number where the team can reach you and a complete Bali address. Include the villa or hotel name and a short useful direction if the entrance is difficult to find. A room number alone may not identify the destination.
After the order is saved, keep its number and use the WhatsApp handoff to discuss arrangements. The team can confirm the address and timing with you. A saved order records your selection; delivery timing is confirmed in the conversation.
