Your order information.

What checkout uses

Checkout asks for your name, contact number or Telegram username, Bali area, delivery address and optional delivery note. These details, the selected items and your order number are stored by our order service so the team can process your request.

Who receives the order

Your order is sent to the team’s private order-management bot. Delivery details are used to arrange your parcel. The WhatsApp button opens a message containing your order number and selection; you choose whether to send it in WhatsApp. No payment information is collected on this checkout page.

Browser storage

The site stores your bag and private receipt access in this browser. A pending submission is kept in session storage so it can be recovered after a connection problem. Do not share private receipt access or use a shared device for information you want to keep private.

Your questions

Contact the team on WhatsApp with your order number to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. Avoid including health details or payment credentials in the delivery note.
